Colonial Manor of Philipse Tour |

Don't miss a day-long excursion to 5 colonial era landmarks, once part of the 90,000 acre estate owned by the Philipse Family.
Start the morning off with breakfast and a tour of the Philipse Manor Hall State Historic Site in Yonkers, the 1682 home and administrative center of the Manor. Then off to Sherwood House, a 1740’s tenant farmhouse run by the Yonkers Historical Society.
The tour then proceeds back to downtown for a visit to St. John’s Episcopal Church built in 1752 and funded primarily by Frederick Philipse II. We then travel along the Hudson in route to Sleepy Hollow for lunch and a tour of Philipsburg Manor, the “Upper Mills” of the family manor. Lastly a tour of the nearby Old Dutch Church also built with Philipse family funding, before our return to Yonkers.
Prices starting at $90, $80 for seniors 65+, students and children. Tour begins at the Philipse Manor Hall. Parking available immediately south of the museum in Larkin Plaza. Reservations required.
